3. Create your profile to confirm your booking and receive your session details. (Don't forget to enable updates for timely reminders)

We accept all major credit cards as well as Interac etransfers. Payment is due at the end of the session. Services are GST/HST exempt, meaning you will only be charged the session amount !
payment POLICY
Most insurance providers cover Psychotherapy or Counselling services offered by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement.
INSURANCE/BENEFITS
We understand things happen! However, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Notice beyond this is subject to cancellation fees. "No shows" will be charged for the full session. Please reach out as soon as possible if you cannot make your session.
