A therapy that goes beyond the traditional, helping you heal, evolve, and create meaningful change in a way that truly resonates with who you are.

about Branching beyond

a dynamic approach to therapy

Rooted in Meaning:
Branching Beyond

Chosen from a belief in the power of transformation. How we begin rooted in what we know and believe, yet can find the courage to grow in new and often unexpected ways.

Inspired by the season of early motherhood, a time that brought both challenge and profound change. Branching Beyond serves as a reminder of our capacity to move through fear and self-doubt, into the unknown with resilience.

Branching Beyond honors that process, for myself, for my clients, and for anyone finding their way forward. Like the branches of a tree, therapy invites us to stretch into the light, held by what we've already survived, and accompanied by a therapist that gets it.

I’m Samantha, a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist with a rooted intention to honouring your story while helping you move through what's hard, unclear, or heavy. With a background in Psychology, Concurrent Disorders, and Social Work, I have spent years supporting diverse populations through challenges related to mental health, substance use, trauma, and life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is both eclectic and integrative, pulling from a variety of modalities, and utilizing what works best based on where you are with your journey. Some Modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness.

My goal is to help others break free from patterns that no longer serve them within a non-judgemental space where you will feel empowered and work towards building a more fulfilling life.

Cultivate Connection

Let your visitors get to know you personally to form a connection. Just let these leaves jump off the brush Let your imagination be your guide. The secret to doing anything is believing that you can do it. Anything that you believe you can do strong enough, you can do. Anything. As long as you believe. The very fact that you're aware of suffering is enough reason to be overjoyed that you're alive and can experience it. We just let this flow right out of our minds. Isn't that fantastic that you can make whole mountains in minutes?
